About Leigh: I live with my fiance in my house in Nuneaton... I hate the place. I started playing guitar when I was 16 because I couldn't sing. I Loved it and playing every day to the point that I became a recluse. The next christmas I got my first electric guitar, a Fender Squier. About a year later I got my first bass (a Fender Squier, notice a pattern?) I've been in loads of bands and at one time had loads of girls coming to hang out in my room saying they wanted to start a band. How naive I was, they promptly got bored and left and I was left alone with my guitar again. A year or so ago I took some drum lessons to help to give me a better understanding of the rhythm section of a band. Then I joined Akwila and my ability on bass has been constantly challenged by my need to keep up and compliment my bandmates, but I think I've been able to rise to the challenge and play my part in the songs, I think I've got a lot better since I joined. (...He's a funny one isn't he!)
